Information we collect

We only collect what we need to provide and improve the service:

  • Account details — your email address, chosen display name, and account preferences when you register.
  • Contacts you capture — the first name and email of subscribers who choose to save their details to you, collected on your behalf.
  • Usage information — activity such as sign-ins, referrals and growth statistics, used to power your dashboard.
  • Billing information — subscription status and payment records handled securely by our payment processor (we never store your full card details).
  • Technical data — basic device, browser and IP information needed to keep the service secure and working.

How we use your information

Your information is used to run the service and support you — never sold:

  • To provide, maintain and improve your account and dashboard.
  • To send confirmation, account and (where you've opted in) reminder or motivational emails.
  • To process your subscription and manage billing.
  • To measure growth, referrals and performance so you can see what's working.
  • To keep the service secure and to prevent fraud or abuse.

When we share information

We share data only where it's necessary to run the service:

  • Service providers — trusted partners who process payments, deliver email, and host our platform, under contract and only for those purposes.
  • Email marketing platform — contacts you capture are stored in the marketing platform that powers your audience, on your behalf.
  • Legal requirements — where we're required to by law, regulation or valid legal process.
  • Never sold — we do not sell your personal information or that of your contacts to third parties.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to make the service work:

  • Essential cookies — required to sign you in and keep your session secure.
  • Preference cookies — remember choices such as your settings.
  • You can control or clear cookies in your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may stop parts of the service working.

How long we keep it

  • We keep your information for as long as your account is active.
  • After you close your account, we remove or anonymise personal data, except where we must keep records to meet legal obligations.
  • Captured contacts remain in your audience until you or the contact removes them.

Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct — ask us to fix information that's inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Delete — ask us to erase your personal data where there's no overriding reason to keep it.
  • Opt out — unsubscribe from optional emails at any time from your profile or via the link in any email.
  • Complain — raise a concern with your local data protection authority.

How we protect your data

  • Connections are encrypted in transit using HTTPS.
  • Access to personal data is restricted to what's needed to run the service.
  • Payment details are handled by a certified payment processor, not stored on our servers.
  • No method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using appropriate safeguards.
